In order to book an appointment, we require clients to review and sign our cancellation policy which includes safely and securely adding payment information. We kindly ask for at least 48 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling, any adjustments made with less than 48 hours' notice will charged 50% of the scheduled service and no-shows will be charged 100% of the service to the payment method provided which are non-refundable and non-transferable. We understand that emergencies happen, and we are always happy to work with you if something unexpected comes up. This cancellation policy is enforced in order to respect and protect our stylists and other spa employees time and scheduling. Thank you for your understanding and support!
